From £50 per Site Visit to check out the job if needed, we mostly reply on short videos which is much easier and cheaper. 2 trained Person Moves
If we move your hot tub, we do wrap them and take the utmost care, wrap them , 2 staff , luton Mercedes vans, but the odd scuff, scratch may happen in rare occasions, we do not pay out for that. We recommend you wrap it before we wrap it to have double chance of getting delivered without a mark on.
we are covered against theft of your tub from the van, but it is not covered for scuffs and scratches, its rare, but can happen.

SET UP & INSTALL - from £189
If you're having your hot tub relocated, we can do a full commission when it reaches its destination. We'll position the spa in its new home, connect to the electrics if 13amp and you have the socket there within reach of your cable length and fill the tub, adding chemicals and making sure it's working efficiently and in good working order, this doesn't inc parts or repairs ,more checking cables , connections and unions all right ..just need to let it heat up! (Max time reserved for spa refill/commission- 2.5 hours this is dependent on your water pressure. please Note- we may have to leave the spa filling if the timing runs over on the day).
GET STARTED PACKAGE - from £299
Our Get Started package includes a stress free Set up, Install and Mini Refresh treatment on your hot tub plus a Chemical pack to get you started. The Chemical pack includes: Chlorine/Bromine granules, Test strips, PH + , PH - , Total Alkalinty increaser and a Spa guide to help you long the way. You will have the engineers on site for up to 3 hours depending on water pressure getting your spa set up for you, fully cleaned and going through all the chemical and maintenance side you need to know for your tub.
THE ULTIMATE PACKAGE - from £349
Our Ultimate package deal is an upgraded version of our Get started package which includes a full system flush which removes bacteria/debris from the pipework and drain down of the spa before it is relocated to its new home. A stress free Set up, Install and Service on your hot tub plus a Chemical pack to get you started.
